Aguinaldo Highway in Tagaytay. A project of love from the Vikings Group of Restaurants, Rosario’s menu is a showcase of historic family recipes that have been handed down through generations. At Rosario, every dish is a sentimental journey into their family’s culinary history.

Rosario, named after the beloved matriarch of one of the owners, was more than a mother who prepared meals for the family. In the kitchen, she wove magic with the dishes that delighted not only the palate but also the soul. Her dishes were comfort food at its finest for her family and friends. With her, cooking was an act of love, and her dishes not only eased hunger but also warmed the heart.

Their signature dishes Adobong Baboy sa Puti with Beef Liver, Kare Kareng Buntot at Twalya, Quesong Quesong Kaldereta, and Hipon sa Alique at Kamias, to name a few, have been meticulously recreated by Rosario’s chefs, headed by award-winning Chef Jonathan Jota, with same love and passion that Rosario had for working at the kitchen. The Tagaytay staple Special Bulalo is also for the choosing, a tribute to Tagaytay’s ubiquitous crowd favorite. Their curiously-named signature dessert, Saya ni Maria, inspires conversation and is a great closing to a hearty, satisfying meal.

Guests are treated to a refreshing view of the Taal Lake while enjoying Rosario’s variety of offerings. From appetizers, soup, main courses and down to desserts, Rosario’s offerings are sure to make one’s mouth water. Refreshing drinks, coffee, wine, and cocktails are also available for those longing for home or want to enjoy a great adventure at the dining table.
